Medication box with the label is not present with an EPI pen medication. No medication label present An epi pen without the prestription label or box, is present. A name in tape appears on the epi pen, no but it is not verifiable who it is prescribed for, no date when the prescription was filled. No name or contact info of the prescribing heath professional, no expriation date, dosage amount, or lenght of time to give the medication. No instructions present or storage instrucions. Only 1 epi pen is present, not 2.
